How we work
Four rules we do not negotiate
Blameless postmortems are mandatory
An incident that leaves no written learning will happen again. What matters is not who ran the command, but why the system allowed it.
Alert only on what is actionable
An alert nobody responds to overnight is not an alert: it is noise that trains the team to ignore the pager.
Boring wins
We prefer a proven, unglamorous component over the fashionable new thing. Innovation is reserved for where it actually adds value.
